Opportunity

The Natural History Museum is the jewel in the crown of London’s world class museums.

Building on our long-standing relationship, we were invited to design and project manage the installation of the museums first ever space-based shop.

Approach

Our experience in the museum sector led us to focus on improving the customer experience at key touchpoints to ensure a memorable visit, whilst making practical improvements to celebrate the unparalleled architecture.

Solution

Working to a tight budget, timeline and challenging sight parameters, we produced a design in keeping with the space exhibition including creating custom fixtures.
